The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival, and must have the same name as the guest staying. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.
The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. 台灣大學出借田徑場給「中國新歌聲」辦演唱會，因學生不滿上課場地遭排擠使用，24日赴校園抗議時爆發濺血事件。對此，台大主任祕書林達德今（25）日表示，租借流程確實不周延致發生爭議，校方表達歉意，未來租借場地將以教學為優先考量，除非遇到類似世大運這類的活動，否則不再外借。
台大田徑場日前租借給中國大陸選秀節目「中國新歌聲」辦演唱會，導致跑道、草皮損壞，並封館一周，引起台大學生不滿，質疑行政流程有問題、排擠學生上課使用。昨日學生們和統、獨人士一起在會場抗議時，不幸發生濺血事件。
林達德表示，處理過程確實不周延，場地租借應以教學優先，此次活動計畫書送到校方時，因為已接近活動時間，喊停可能有合約、賠償等問題，考量這是一般音樂活動，體育室也表示，會協調教師調整上課場地，才勉強同意外借。
林達德指出，針對此次事件，校方願表達歉意，將研擬更嚴格的場地租借審查流程，且會讓學生參與，未來除非遇到類似世大運這類的活動，否則田徑場不再外借。至於場地的修復問題，將以廠商的押金30萬元負責，不會有求償無門的狀況發生。

稅改方案 會計師這麼看 建議未分配盈餘可有條件免稅
財政部1日公布稅改方案，雖然會計師多給予肯定，確實有改善營所稅與綜所稅稅率差距過大、內外資股利及盈餘租稅待遇不同及國內個人股利稅過重3個爭執點，並達全民減稅目標，並預期應可更順利進行，但針對台積電董事長張忠謀建議的未分配盈餘加徵營所稅部分，採稅率減半，有會計師建議，財政部應通盤考量，對於已進行投資、研發或響應政府政策作為的企業，可提供「一定倍數額度內」盈餘不予課稅。
